Reception site too small for sit-down dinner? Italian food stand-up reception?

Our guest list has about 150 people and we'd expect about 100 to attend.

One of the locations we're looking at can accomodate 75 for a sit-down dinner and 150 for a stand-up reception.

We'd like to serve an Italian Buffet of pasta, etc.

Any way we can make this work with a stand-up reception? Any other suggestions for solving this problem?
