Does anyone have any great appetizer recipes that include ricotta cheese?
The other apps include Italian antipasti(meats/cheeses/roasted pepers), stuffed mushrooms and I'm making ziti with meatballs and sausage for dinner.

What are some yummy party appetizers?
I'm having my daughter's 1st birthday in about 3 weeks and I'm drawing a blank for appetizers. I have deviled eggs and spinach and artichoke dips planned, but I don't know of anything else. The main course is gonna be a simple hot dogs and hamburgers. It needs to be relatively simple because I'm not a spectacular cook =)
